We are NOT enrolling students at this time until we relocate!  Thank you for your patience and interest.

 

Admission to Nia Imani Academy of Excellence determined on a first come, first served basis unless there are special circumstances.    The process is as follows:

 

Stage 1- Application

Step 1:  Download and complete the 

                   Enrollment Application

 

 

Step 2:  Call the school to schedule an interview with the Head of School.  Child/children and parent(s)/guardian(s) must attend.  A non-refundable Application Fee per child must be paid prior to the interview. Please bring a copy of the following to the interview:  

1)Original Birth Certificate,

2)Social Security Card,

3)Up to date Immunization Record,  

4) Medical Record Form

 5)Educational History/Records (grades/transcripts, assessment scores, etc.), and

6)Custody Order or Applicable Court orders (if applicable).

 

Stage 2 - Enrollment

Step 1:  Upon acceptance, pay Enrollment Fee and complete additional paperwork (i.e. Emergency Contact Form, Acceptable Use Policy, FACTS Management Form, Health Form, Parent Handbook, Parent/Student Contract, etc.).
